Product Manager - Trust & Safety (Child Online Privacy)Location: Remote role based in SingaporeAbout the RoleWe're seeking a Product Manager to lead our child online privacy and safety initiatives across our mobile and CTV platforms. You'll develop trust and safety features that protect children in digital advertising ecosystems while ensuring compliance with global child protection regulations. This role requires deep expertise in child privacy laws, age-appropriate design principles, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical product solutions that detect and prevent harm.What You'll DoProduct Strategy & Development (40%)Own the child privacy and safety product roadmap, prioritizing features that protect minors across mobile and CTV advertising environmentsDefine requirements for age verification systems, parental consent mechanisms, and child-safe data handlingImplement privacy-by-design principles and data minimization across all child-facing featuresPartner with Engineering and UX teams to build intuitive parental controls and privacy settingsRegulatory Compliance & Risk Management (30%)Ensure compliance with Singapore PDPA, IMDA guidelines, COPPA, GDPR Article 8, and UK Age Appropriate Design CodeConduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Children's Privacy Impact Assessments for new featuresLead incident response for child data privacy issues and coordinate with Legal and Compliance teamsManage regulatory audits, submissions, and maintain current child privacy policiesCross-Functional Leadership (20%)Champion trust and safety culture across Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, and Marketing teamsProvide privacy guidance and review product launches for child privacy compliancePresent initiatives to executive leadership and engage with external child advocacy organizationsCoordinate with Customer Support on parent and guardian concernsMetrics & Innovation (10%)Track privacy metrics, adoption rates of parental controls, and age verification effectivenessMonitor global trends in child online safety and evaluate emerging privacy-enhancing technologiesConduct age-appropriate user research and contribute to industry forums on child privacy and trust & safetyWhat You BringBasic Qualifications:5+ years in product management with 2+ years focused on trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or child safety productsDeep knowledge of child privacy regulations (COPPA, GDPR Article 8, UK AADC, Singapore PDPA/IMDA guidelines)Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and managing regulatory compliance projectsProven ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical product featuresStrong collaboration skills working with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Design teamsTrack record of shipping trust & safety or privacy-first products in regulated environmentsPreferred QualificationsBackground in ad tech, mobile apps, CTV platforms, or digital mediaExperience with age verification technologies and parental consent systemsFamiliarity with fraud detection, content moderation, or cybersecurityCIPP certification or equivalent privacy credentialsExperience working with child advocacy organizations or privacy regulatorsAbout UsWe're the leader in fraud detection and privacy compliance for digital advertising, protecting billions in ad spend for Fortune 500 brands, major ad platforms, consumers and children from deceptive, fraudulent and non-compliant mobile and CTV apps.
