该职位来源于猎聘 Inspiring – Your tasks: 1、Strong technical support from design-in till product running at customer side；从设计导入到客户侧产品运行提供强有力的技术支持； 2、Application support to domestic and international business partners and customers (B2B)；为国内和国际业务合作伙伴和客户提供应用支持 （B2B）； 3、Product selection and configuration support based on customer requirements；根据客户要求提供产品选型和配置支持； 4、Necessary customer visits and onsite support with sales for important customers；必要的客户拜访和重要客户的现场销售支持； 5、Performs product and application training to Customers, Sales Team and Business Partners；为客户、销售团队和商业伙伴提供产品和应用培训； 6、Interface to product management team in HQ about China market trend, technology and competition；向总部的产品管理团队提供关于中国市场趋势、技术和竞品信息； 7、Customer-centric, driving product lifecycle management to achieve business goals。以客户为中心，驱动产品的全 生命周期管理，实现商业目标。 Convincing – Your Profile1、Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (preferred field of study: electric or energy technologies)；工程专业本科或硕士学位（电气或能源技术优先）； 2、Solid technical background in electrical systems based on DC technologies such as Energy Storage Systems, EV-Charging, eMobility, Test Bench…扎实的直流技术的电气系统技术背景，如储能系统，电动汽车充电，电动汽车，试验台… 3、At least 5 years technical support or product management experiences with electrical components；5年以上电子元器件技术支持或产品管理经验； 4、Strong ability to analyze and serve customers’ needs；具有较强的分析和服务客户需求的能力； 5、Team player, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently；具有团队合作精神，以结果为导向，自我激励，能够独立工作； 6、Good English communication skill in verbal and written (CV in English and Chinese language).良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力（中英文简历）。
