You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies.ResponsibilitiesManaging the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesResearch customer and market needs and requirementsWrite requirements in Agile Methodology and create wire framesFulfil scrum duties of a Product Manager as needed, including conducting sprint planning and reviewing meetings, authoring stories and maintaining the product backlogEstablish and maintain the product roadmap by prioritizing solutions to align with business goalsDaily interaction with software developers and testers.Work with Marketing to produce product collateral and sales toolsTrain both Sales Support and Technical Support in the use and operations of the productConduct product demonstrations for partners and key prospectsOccasionally support Pre-Sales team during the sale process including possible assistance in the demonstration and deployment of the product (typically only for large opportunities or key accounts)Attend Industry Conferences and Trade Shows and deliver presentations as requiredMaintain current knowledge of competitive product positioning, feature sets and messagingConduct hands-on and external analysis of competitive productsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager within an enterprise software companyStrong technical knowledge of IP-based networks, architecture, design, and management - especially in telecommunications and managed hosting environmentsProven understanding of software development processes and the full product lifecycleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientationConfident in engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including customers and cross-functional teamsProfessional and polished in delivering presentations and training sessions, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiencesSkilled in conducting both formal and informal training sessions effectivelyStrong multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesCapable of guiding and supporting customers through on-site, virtual, and phone-based interactionsHighly organized with strong time management and prioritization skillsFast learner with a proactive attitude toward adopting new tools and techniquesDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams to drive business outcomesExperience working in agile software development environmentsEducational background in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA is a strong assetFamiliarity with current software technologies, industry trends, and strategic approachesExperience with macOS, Linux, and Windows Server is a plusCompletion of Pragmatic Institute’s “Practical Product Management” course is an advantageWillingness to travel as required; must maintain a valid passportAbout SOTISOTI is a proven innovator and industry leader for simplifying business mobility solutions by making them smarter, faster and more reliable.
