We’re reimagining credit card products to deliver an unmatched experience tomillions of Indians.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.Customer Focus & Compliance: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process, comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and optimizations.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest fintech trends and innovations, proactively incorporating new ideas and technologies into our product.Skill Required:Minimum of 2 years of product management experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
