We are currently seeking a Product Manager to add to our team.Accountability SummaryAs a Product Manager, you'll own the design and execution of key software products, collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements, create clear, actionable product requirement documents (PRDs), deliver value, and enhance customer experience. You'll be the bridge between business goals and technical solutions to ensure clarity, alignment, and results.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Product Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Define, maintain, and prioritize the Product Roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Security to gather input on product design.Lead discovery and scoping sessions to identify goals, user pain points, technical constraints, and potential solutions.Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable documentation that communicates scope, use cases, user flows, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.Own end-to-end creation, iteration, and maintenance of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories for assigned software products.Manage product backlogs, ensuring that items are regularly scoped and prioritised.Partner with the Engineering Team throughout the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, prioritization, and intended outcomes.Facilitate consistent, transparent communication across teams, driving alignment and escalating risks, blockers, or decisions as needed.Monitor post-release performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and support continuous improvement.Contribute to planning discussions by advocating for customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.Track KPIs such as adoption rates, feature usage and customer satisfaction to measure success.Requirements3+ years of experience in product management or a related role within a software development environment.Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM frameworks and the software development lifecycle.Strong skills in gathering requirements and writing technical documentation.Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.Technical literacy and understanding of web application architecture, APIs, SSO, and integrations.Preferred QualificationsBackground in software engineering or a technical field.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar.Experience with the hospitality industry.Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, security awareness tools.Knowledge of data protection and data privacy best practices.CompensationThe salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications, and other factors.We provide significant career growth, competitive compensation, and a benefits package including generous personal time off, holiday pay, health insurance, and pension.
