The Impact You’ll MakeAs a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, andfeatures of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Yourleadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across differentdepartments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in bothbusiness and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and ourcustomers.What You’ll DoDesigns, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from thebeginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release, and end ofproduct-lifTechnical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodatecustomer requirementsServes as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test,quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distributionLeads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps themanagement informed about the resultsInvolvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications,upgrades and maintenance of the product or product lineWho We’re Looking ForMinimum of 10 years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program-ManagementExtensive Knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment TechnologyMinimum BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electronics or Materials ScienceCertification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an assetAbility to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledgeAbility to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing prioritiesExcellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in EnglishStrong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teamsWillingness to travel (internationally) is requiredWhat We're OfferingThis position will be occupied in Villach, Austria and is subject to the Austrian CollectiveBargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
