Apply below.Product ManagerYou'll be joining Beacon's Acceleration team, a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, GTM experts, and Data Scientists. We work closely with portfolio companies to solve problems, create and implement playbooks, and build new features and products.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and validate high-impact product opportunities by working directly with portfolio company founders and their customers.Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build and ship features from concept to launch.Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new products and featuresCoordinate product rollout across portfolio companies, working with sales and success teams to drive adoption.Define success metrics and track product performance to ensure commercial impactPartner with Beacon's M&A team to evaluate product opportunities in prospective acquisitionsDevelop product management playbooks and best practices that can be replicated across portfolio companies.What We're Looking For6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaSHas been successful in delivering continuous product improvement as well as 0 ->1 launchesStrong customer discovery skills and ability to identify high-impact opportunitiesCommercial mindset with experience in pricing strategy and go-to-market executionComfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and ability to influence founders and executivesEntrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguityHas the ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibilityThis role is perfect for you ifYou are an ex-founder and/or want to start your own B2B SaaS company one day.You want to join a profitable, fast-growing startup.You want to learn about interesting verticals and markets.You are commercially-minded.You are curious about the world of private equity, rollups, and AI.Our Values at Beacon SoftwareHumility: We acknowledge that the path to getting to the right answer involves being wrong along the way.
