About beeSCMbeeSCM is a hospitality procurement and inventory management software service (SaaS), based in Bangkok, Thailand. We are serving more than 60+ hotels across 10 countries, from Southeast Asia to the Middle East for more than 10 years. Our goal is to help hotels streamline purchasing, optimize stock control, and reduce costs — empowering them to run a more efficient and profitable operation. Thus, we provide seamless procurement automation, intelligent stock management, and cost control & analytics to gain visibility into recipe costing, daily potential costs, and seamless accounting integrations for the hospitality industry. Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be the central pivot point of our organization for bridging the gap between the business goals and the Software Engineering team’s execution, ensuring that every feature we ship solves a real-world problem while remaining technically feasible and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the CEO to define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure product milestones align with business growth targets.Work closely with Software Developers and UI/UX Designer and translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and development Prioritize tasks and ensure the dev team has the clarity they need to execute without friction.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, conduct user research and stay updated for market trends to continuously improve the product and to solve the clients’ specific procurement and inventory pain points.Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that the final output meets the quality standards and functional requirements defined at the start of the cycle.Define and monitor product KPIs to track feature adoption and identify areas for improvement or optimization. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Product Management, specifically within SaaS, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments.Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch in an Agile environment.Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.Fluency in English A logical, structured approach to resolving conflicts between "vision" (what we want) and "velocity" (what we can build).Solid understanding of the SDLC, API integrations, and data structures. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Linear, and Figma is required.Ability to make hard choices on what to keep, what to kill, and what to build from scratch.A proactive self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple external stakeholder relationships simultaneously.beeSCM is a dynamic and fast-growing startup where every voice matters.
