Product Manager

About The RoleWe are seeking a creative and driven Product Manager with a deep passion for esports to join our BLAST team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments, including Broadcast, Content, Creative, Tech, R&D, Tournament Operations, and Audience, to shape and deliver a world-class product experience for our client and the community. Your mission is to help define the product vision and ensure its successful execution, bringing innovative ideas and fan-focused thinking to every stage of development.This role is a full time, contract role (13 months)What You'll DoSupport the definition of product vision and lead day-to-day execution aligned with BLAST's strategic goals and client objectivesIdentify fan needs, emerging trends, and market opportunities through research, data analysis, and community engagementCollaborate cross-functionally with all BLAST LIVE departments to ensure seamless product deliveryDrive innovation by evolving and enhancing the product experience through creativity and continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with publishers, partners, and internal stakeholders to align product decision-making with business prioritiesRequirementsWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of experience in esports, broadcast, live events, or related fieldsStrong understanding of the esports ecosystem—including tournaments, leagues, competitive formats, communities, partners, and broadcast operationsExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsPassion for gaming and esports with deep player and community understandingEnthusiasm for broadcast, live shows, and creating memorable experiencesExperience RequiredHighly creative mindset with strong attention to detailExcellent communicator comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative environmentsAbility to independently initiate, drive, and complete projectsAmbition to deliver world-class esports products and show experiencesOther RequirementsTravel: Required for live events, production, and on-site delivery as needed (domestic and international)Work Schedule: Some weekend and evening work required in alignment with live events and broadcast schedulesBenefitsCompetitive salary packageEnhanced parental leavePension and Health InsuranceTeam building and social eventsLunch, snacks and sodasCompany trips (2024 we all went to Barcelona and had a BLAST)
