Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop product strategies for the short, medium, and long term, segmented by territory and customer group.Design and deploy marketing tools such as brochures, sales kits, promotional programs, workshops/seminars, and advertisements to support sales activities.Conduct market research and analysis, monitor competitors, and propose new product development initiatives.Manage and control market performance, ensuring proper distribution of goods to the correct locations and target audiences.Provide training on product knowledge and professional skills for the sales team.Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers and VIP customers/KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and ensure up-to-date product information.Plan and monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock is available in all regions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Complete reports, plans, and attend meetings in a timely manner, ensuring prompt feedback and resolution of information from the sales team.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to deadlines.Participate in process improvement and team development, including training, providing feedback, and contributing to general company activities.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is required.Experience: Minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience in a similar position (e.g., Product Manager, Brand Manager).IT Proficiency: Proficient use of office computing software (MS Office, etc.).Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills).Personal Attributes: Proactive, enthusiastic, honest, and highly responsible.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and effective teamwork capabilities.Travel: Willingness to travel for business as required.Compensation & BenefitsProbation Period: 02 months (Paid at 100% of full salary).Salary: Highly competitive salary commensurate with proven experience and capability.Bonuses: 13th-month salary and year-end bonus based on individual performance and company business results.Insurance: Full participation in Social Insurance (BHXH) and Health Insurance (Private Health Insurance) according to company policy.Health & Wellness: Annual health check-ups, regular Team Building activities, and annual company trip/holiday.Additional Perks: A comprehensive package of other benefits and welfare policies designed to provide valuable advantages for employees.Career Development: Training policy providing valuable opportunities for professional experience and career growth.Working Hours: Monday to Friday working week.Leave: Full entitlement to statutory leave, annual leave days, and paid time off for public holidays/Tet (Lunar New Year) as regulated.
