Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our products at Caseware. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience—defining the roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering products that make an impact.What You’ll Be Doing:Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of your product(s), from strategy and planning to execution and deliveryCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment with product vision and company goalsMaintain and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports the broader Caseware portfolioDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvementEngage directly with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to gather feedback and ensure product relevanceContribute to long-term product vision and influence strategic decisions within your product areaSupport and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practices across the product organizationParticipate in special projects that enhance process efficiency or strategic alignmentRepresent the product team in discussions with senior management and external partnersWhat You’ll Bring:3+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environmentProven ability to deliver initiatives successfully and on scheduleStrong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plansA track record of collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset — ability to balance immediate goals with long-term visionDeep curiosity about how your product fits within the broader business and market landscapeExperience with go-to-market (GTM) activities and a customer-first approach to product developmentDesire to mentor others and continuously improve team performanceWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
