Product Manager

The OpportunityAs Head of Product, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS platform while guiding execution with a lean but powerful team. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives in both high-level planning and hands-on execution.You will:Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap from launch to scaleTranslate user needs into actionable requirements and featuresDrive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and leadershipManage vendor relationships and external development partnersBuild a scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS product architectureLead the charge on analytics, KPIs, and product success metricsGrow and mentor a product team as the business scalesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in technical product management, technical program management, or software engineering with product focus (3+ in leadership)Track record of taking SaaS products from 0 to 1 through scaleExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development practicesFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) and enterprise integrations (SSO, APIs)Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and executive stakeholdersStrategic mindset with curiosity for emerging tech (AI/ML, automation, APIs)Why Join Us?This is a chance to build something from the ground up at the intersection of real estate, innovation, and SaaS technology.
