The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and brand management, with proven experience in driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns that boost awareness and sales.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept development, market research, and planning to product launch and post-launch performance analysis.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and supply chain to ensure alignment of product strategies with business goals.Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively position products in the market and drive brand visibility.Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory levels in coordination with the sales and operations teams.Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.Stay updated on consumer trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to guide future product development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or any related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or a related role.Proven track record in developing and launching products from concept to market.Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer electronics industry preferred.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, and competitive analysis.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Familiarity with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to create and execute effective product strategies aligned with company objectives.Willing to work onsite in Veterans, Taguig City.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a growing brand in the consumer electronics industry.Collaborative and innovative work culture.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
