About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Manager to own and grow our portfolio of digital content products — from entertainment and music to emerging digital experiences.This role is both strategic and commercial: you’ll identify new opportunities, shape the business model, manage the product lifecycle, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure every launch delivers measurable market and revenue impact. You’ll combine user insight, product strategy, and a strong commercial mindset to build content experiences that customers love — and that drive growth across multiple markets.This position sits under our Lifestyle Portfolio Pillar, reporting to the Product Lead for Lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product lifecycle — from idea to launch, growth, and sunset.Develop and deliver the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business and customer value.Drive commercial performance by setting pricing, business models, and partnerships that ensure profitability and scalability.Collaborate with Product Partners (for Consumer, SME, etc.) to tailor offers, promotions, and go-to-market plans per segment.Conduct product and market discovery to identify high-potential opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging content trends.Partner with Enablement and IT to ensure systems and platforms are ready for smooth product deployment and billing.Coordinate launches and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring full alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.Monitor performance metrics — adoption, usage, revenue, and retention — and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.What You'll Bring5+ years of experience in product management, digital content, or commercial strategy, ideally within telecom, streaming, or digital platform businesses.Proven commercial acumen — ability to design business cases, evaluate ROI, and translate customer insights into marketable offerings.Experience in pricing strategy, content monetization, or partnership development.Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems (OTT, music, gaming, or digital lifestyle services).Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, working effectively across technical, business, and creative functions.Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to drive roadmap decisions and performance improvements.Entrepreneurial energy — proactive, curious, and comfortable balancing innovation with business discipline.Why Join UsYou’ll join a dynamic Product Organization that’s reshaping how we design and commercialize digital experiences in the telco space.
