This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing corporate salary portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities: Product Management - Manage the existing suite of corporate salary productsDevelop new product variants for new segmentsConduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluationMonitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where requiredIdentify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary PortfolioReview and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customersProduct training and awarenessChannel support and query resolutionCustomer communicationManagerial & Leadership ResponsibilitiesStakeholder management to create solutions through collaborationsKnowledge of Channel Management will be preferredEducational QualificationsGraduate – AnyPost Graduate - Any MBAExperienceMinimum of 3-6 years from BFSI
