Product Manager – DeFi (Lending / Liquid Staking)

Lista DAO is a protocol that redefines BNB through liquid staking, lending, and CDP solutions.The vision is to enrich the BNB Chain ecosystem by building a new DeFi and infrastructure around this new Protocol while connecting both native legacy projects and emerging DeFi labels.Job ScopeOwn product planning and iteration for DeFi verticals such as Lending and Liquid Staking, driving core KPIs (TVL, revenue, retention, risk)Translate business and strategy goals into clear product specs and prioritized backlogs, driving end-to-end deliveryImprove core user flows around collateral, borrowing, staking, redemption, and yield based on feedback and data insightsCollaborate with engineering, design, risk, BD and operations to ship under fast and evolving prioritiesParticipate in growth and parameter experiments (interest rates, incentives, LTV curves, liquidity strategy, etc.)Job Requirements3–5 years of product management experience in fintech, wallets, trading, or DeFi-related productsProven track record of independently owning features or product areas with measurable impactStrong product judgment and ability to prioritize in complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving environmentsStrong execution and cross-functional alignment skills in remote, high-velocity teamsAble to write clearly, think rigorously, and drive decisions with context instead of authorityBonus / PreferredDirect experience with on-chain DeFi (lending, stablecoins, LSDFi, DEX, perp, etc.)Understanding of liquidation, collateral models, oracle design, incentive distribution, and other protocol fundamentalsFamiliarity with on-chain UX patterns (signing flows, approve/permit, gas optimization, cross-chain behaviors)Data proficiency (Dune / Flipside / GA / Amplitude / SQL is a plus)Strong written communication (especially in technical/DeFi contexts: docs, proposals, announcements)Who You’ll Work WithYou will work closely with core engineers, designers, and risk contributors to iterate on foundational DeFi modules in a real capital environment, gaining first-hand experience in shipping protocol-level products from 0→1 and 1→N.
