Uses global infrastructure (web, branding, collateral) and creates local country specific content in the local market in coordination with workflow managers, builds targeted campaigns to support country plans. Communicates to customers regarding product updates, new products etc. as agreed with the RM. Supports the RM team with the training of sales team to ensures required knowledge including, but not limited to, product information, product positioning vs competitors etc. Supports the sales team with product knowledge and dual calling to understand the customers’ needs. Provides analysis of retail and dealer pricing / market trends / competitors activities/ sales trends and conducts local price increase/change. Collaborates with Regulatory Department to facilitate and control timely registration of new products.Participates in the development of the country strategy for CE and KOL in collaboration with the RM, CE Manager and Global Business Units (GBUs): Tactical execution of the RCO strategy and delivery of quality education programs for dental professionals. Responsible for the management, mobilization and quality assessment of KOL’s (includes recruiting, training, engagement, focus on key brands and consistency in message). To be an active part of a project team for events and trade shows, coordinate with event coordinator to plan events, determine budget need, evaluate ROI and ensure successful event management. Compliance with Corporate guidance and initiatives (incl PPSA/KOL payments).Support Marketing and CE managers in planning, controlling, monitoring and updating the marketing and CE budget with forecasted/actual spend on monthly basis.This is not an exhaustive list of duties and is subject to review on a regular basis.Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
