Product Manager （dex）

DEX Product Manager Job Description: 1. Responsible for the overall planning and management of DEX (Decentralized Exchange) products, including product design, development, launch, iteration, and other management throughout the entire life cycle; 2. Conduct a market survey, analyze industry trends, collect user requests, identify product opportunities, and formulate a product development roadmap; 3. Responsible for cooperating with XFN teams such as R&D, operations, and marketing to promote the progress of the project and ensure the high-quality delivery of product functions according to the plan; 4. Monitor the operation of the product and continuously optimize the User Experience to enhance the product's market competitiveness. 5. Track and analyze the development trends of DeFi-related projects in the industry, optimize product functions, and propose innovative solutions; 6. According to business objectives, formulate growth strategies, and guide the product team to move forward towards the set goals; 7. Analyze the user data and operation data of DEX products, evaluate the market performance of the products, and make adjustments and improvements based on the data. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, finance, or economics-related majors; 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, and those who have experience with DEX, DeFi, or blockchain-related products are preferred. 3. Gain a deep understanding of the decentralized finance (DeFi) field, and be familiar with the operation mode and core technology of DEX products; 4. Have excellent market insight, and be able to quickly adjust product strategies according to market changes; 5. Good communication and coordination skills, which can promote XFN cooperation and ensure the smooth progress of the project. 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, and be able to independently take on projects and lead teams to achieve goals; 7. Have excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, and be able to propose product improvement suggestions through Data Analysis; 8. Have a strong ability to resist pressure and cope with the rapidly changing market environment.
