Your new role As the Manager, Product Management, you will: Manage a product division, including team supervision, performance evaluation, and territory planning. Develop and execute marketing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, regulatory) and external stakeholders (clients, principals) to drive business growth. Oversee product registration processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage key accounts and support contract negotiations for major distribution deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic insights to senior management. Contribute to budgeting, reporting, and operational planning for the division. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you should have: A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in medical device/ pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales principles. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel interstate or outstation. Able to work independently Preferaably mandarin speaking.
