Job Req Number: 102763Time Type: Full TimePLEASE REMEMBER TO CLICK "APPLY" BUTTON AFTER SAVING YOUR PROFILE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION PROCESSJoin our Customer and Internal Integrations Team!Manage the business & commercial part of relations between DSV & Select IT Providers/vendors data integratorsDefine and improve our integration services (EDI and API) to match party & linked customer requirements.Essential Responsibilities:Act as Product Manager for Customer IT Providers Party Integrators:Manage the implementations of a global solution of the 3rd partyTogether with Sales/Corporate Development and the “ONE IT” engages with the (potential) party as the responsible person to onboard the party in DSV – on behalf of Road DivisionSafeguard governance for integrations with IT providersSupport the division stakeholders with the existing processes for integrating with IT providersCreate process aligned with DSV Standard Integration formatsEnsure that all local & global stakeholders are alignedActs as the first point of contact for operations after business go-live, troubleshooting, advising Vendor managementClose cooperation with Group Integration office (CINTO) and customer migration program.
