You passionately build, shape, and design products that our customers love (and will love). Together with our cross-functional teams, you play a key role in defining the future of our SaaS products.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy in close collaboration with the CPO and FounderCreate and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Alignment Documents (PADs)Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure stories are well-defined, properly scoped, and aligned with the overall strategyTranslate user insights, market research, and internal feedback into clear, prioritized initiatives based on impact and feasibilityDevelop and maintain a realistic, data-driven roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision and strategic objectivesLead cross-functional collaboration across business, UX/UI, engineering, client services, and growth to ensure successful delivery of high-quality outcomesSupport go-to-market activities together with Product Marketing ManagersDrive a strong focus on UX and customer value, ensuring the product delivers solutions users truly loveChampion the use of AI tools and methods to enhance product management efficiency and support team productivityRequirements4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally B2B or MarTechSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities with a clear sense of ownership and accountabilityProven ability to conduct and apply customer research (e.g. interviews, surveys, segmentation, usability testing)Solid technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse interests and drive consensusCollaborative, proactive, and motivating team player who drives progress and clarityFluent in English; German proficiency is a plusCuriosity and openness to leveraging AI tools for product management and team supportBenefitsAn annual salary of at least EUR 75,000 if all requirements are met (higher salary is possible if requirements are exceeded)Benefit from an annual subsidy of up to 365 EUR for public transportation (Wiener Linien, Linz AG, ÖBB, etc.) to make your commute to work environmentally friendly and smoothCome to our office in the heart of Vienna with excellent public transport connections (U1 and U4)Use our pool cars and e-scooters for private purposes as wellStay fit and have fun with our extensive fitness offers and monthly yoga classesExperience a flexible work environment with a fixed workspace and up to 3 days of home office (presence day´s are Tuesday and Wednesday)Become part of the CELUMian community where we have each other's backs and celebrate together at regular events or our Workation. Bring your sense of humor!
