You’ll design how data flows from performance metrics → goals → behaviors, ensuring every insight becomes actionable for sales associates, store managers, and regional leaders.This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You’ll partner across engineering, AI, design, sales, marketing, and customer success—owning outcomes, not just features. You’ll shape a product that directly changes how thousands of people learn and perform every day.What You’ll DoDefine and drive strategyOwn the vision and roadmap across our three product pillars, ensuring we connect performance data, coaching operations, and AI-driven insights into one coherent system.Set priorities using both qualitative insight and quantitative evidence—linking product initiatives to measurable user and business outcomes.Communicate product strategy clearly across all teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment from leadership to field users.Turn data into experienceArchitect and specify how data flows through the system—from ingestion to visualization—so users experience clarity, not complexity.Work closely with data and engineering teams to design pipelines that are scalable, transparent, and actionable.Translate analytics and AI outputs into coaching moments and user interfaces that are intuitive and human.Build AI-powered experiencesCollaborate with AI/ML teams to define productized intelligence: recommendations, predictive metrics, and coaching feedback loops.Ensure AI functionality is explainable, trustworthy, and embedded naturally in the product journey—helping users act with confidence, not confusion.Evolve Theo, our AI coaching assistant, from an interface into a true digital performance partner.Deliver end-to-end valueLead cross-functional squads from discovery through launch: validating hypotheses, defining MVPs, coordinating execution, and managing releases.Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to translate complex features into clear business value and adoption stories.Define success metrics for every launch—coaching adoption, goal completion, behavior change—and track real-world impact post-release.Measure, learn, and improveBuild an experimentation mindset into the product process—rapidly testing and refining ideas using data and customer feedback loops.Treat every iteration as a measurable coaching cycle: set a target, take action, evaluate results, and improve continuously.Ensure decisions are grounded in both user empathy and statistical evidence, balancing speed with rigor.What You BringExperience & Expertise4–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct experience building or managing AI-driven, data-rich, or performance-oriented platforms—this is a must.Proven success shipping multi-platform products (mobile + web) that changed user behavior, improved business KPIs, or drove measurable ROI.A deep understanding of data systems and integration workflows—you can partner with engineering to design architecture that scales and with analysts to interpret complex datasets.Comfort operating at the intersection of AI, design, and human behavior—you can translate between technical outputs and intuitive user value.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives—collaborating with engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to move fast without chaos.Mindset & CraftYou see AI as leverage—a tool that makes you faster, smarter, and more creative as a PM.
