Our products, Spot-MAS and K-4CARE, are revolutionary cancer detection and monitoring tests that leverage advanced genetic technologies to provide for the early and accurate detection of cancer and information useful for the management of disease.Position OverviewThe U.S. Product Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and performance management of oncology and precision gene testing products in the U.S. market. This role bridges science, strategy, and execution — driving the broad adoption of the our tests with clinicians and payor networks. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs teams to position Gene Solutions’ oncology portfolio as a leading choice in genetic testing.Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Market InsightDevelop and execute product strategies to drive growth and market adoption of oncology gene testing products.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and potential opportunities.Translate scientific insights and customer feedback into actionable product roadmaps and value propositions.2. Product Development & LaunchPartner cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams to plan, develop, and launch new gene testing products.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept, design, and validation to launch and post-market performance.Establish and cultivate strong partnerships across payer organizations, including commercial payers, state and federal entities, and other ecosystem partners. Create compelling product positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and training materials to support internal teams and customers.3. Commercial Enablement & CollaborationWork closely with sales and commercial partners to equip them with tools, training, and messaging to effectively promote products.Support strategic collaborations with KOLs, laboratories, and oncology networks to accelerate product adoption.Drive U.S. market education through marketing campaigns, conference engagements, and professional outreach.Manage and execute conference strategy for marketing: annual portfolio plan, booth and symposia strategy, satellite events, abstracts/posters support with Medical Affairs, and pre/during/post-conference campaigns.Support the development of commercial KOL strategy to drive demand; map priority KOLs, manage speaker program in partnership with Marketing and Med Affairs, advisory boards, and testimonials/case studies.4. Performance & ComplianceMonitor product performance metrics, market share, and customer satisfaction.Analyze data and provide insights for continual improvement, optimization, and enhancement.Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and quality standards.Assist in the development of field and digital marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with current clinical data and strategic priorities.QualificationsMust-HaveBachelor’s degree in health science, Life Science, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years in product or brand management within diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare.Strong analytical and communication skills — able to interpret complex scientific and business data.Proven ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, and regulatory teams.Experience managing multiple projects and timelines with limited standardization.PreferredExperience in oncology diagnostics, genetic testing, or precision medicine markets.Familiarity with NGS, MRD, or tumor profiling technologies.Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, and patient access functions.
