Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Product Manager to develop and execute our GLP-1 needle-free drug delivery product portfolio in collaboration with the leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong pharmaceutical or health sciences background and have a deep understanding of the GLP-1 receptor agonist landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, conducting in-depth market analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams (including Clinical, Commercial, Product Development and Regulatory teams) to maximize the product's market potential.Responsibilities & Duties:1 Strategic Planning & Execution:l Develop and implement the long-term brand strategy and annual operational plans for the GLP-1 needle-free drug delivery product range.l Identify the market opportunity, unmet stakeholder needs, the competitive landscape, clinical and economic outcome requirements, indicative pricing and reimbursement /insurance requirements across a range of geographies to inform the market access and launch plan.l Identify target countries through opportunity analysis to inform the product launch plans and forecast revenue streams.l Propose and manage the product marketing budget optimising ROI.l Set performance targets and measure outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.2 Marketing & Campaign Management:l Develop the value-proposition to support effective market communications to target stakeholders to create market awareness and support product adoption and continued product use.l Develop focused marketing communication materials, education, training and support materials across various platforms to effectively engage and support end-users Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and potential pharmaceutical partners.l Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and company compliance policies.3 Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:l Collaborate with the Clinical team to design and implement real-world evidence product evaluations to inform the value-proposition, clinical and economic evidence generation and regulatory requirements.l Work closely with commercial teams to support product inclusion in national reimbursement lists and hospital formularies.l Provide the sales team with comprehensive product training, sales tools to achieve business objectives.l Work closely wit the product development and regulatory teams to ensure the GLP-1 product portfolio meets market requirements to enable competitive advantage.4 Life cycle Management:l Identify and drive new opportunities for product lifecycle management.Requirements:1 Education & Background:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is required. Master's degree, MBA, or higher is preferred.2 Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of product management or relevant marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.Experience with GLP-1 receptor agonists or related metabolic disease areas (e.g., diabetes, obesity) is required.Experience with new product launches is highly preferred.3 Knowledge & Skills:Must have: A deep understanding of the mechanisms of action, clinical data, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape for GLP-1 based therapies.Must have: Familiarity with the clinical and regulatory processes and guidelines related to drug-delivery development, registration, and post-marketing surviellence.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence internal and external partners.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Company Introduction:Are you looking to join a dynamic and innovative company in the medical device industry?
