Product Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client.We are seeking a Product Manager for a fast growing martech/adtech start-up (100-200 employees, funded)MandateOwn the full product lifecycle for customer-facing platform features that drive engagement, efficiency, and innovation.Act as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver on product objectives.Translate market needs and business goals into clear, prioritized initiatives.Interact directly with users to gather insights and continuously elevate the product experience.Location: West Hollywood, California. We’re looking for someone who can work on-site most days.Ideal Profile8–10 years in product management within martech, adtech, or digital platform companies. (we will consider 5–6 years only for exceptional performers)Strong experience with product tools (Jira or equivalent), wireframing tools (Figma), and solid understanding of software development processes.Bachelor’s degree required; technical undergrad or prior engineering experience preferred.Technically conversant , able to collaborate deeply with engineers and challenge assumptions.Strong track record shipping externally-facing customer products, ideally in fast-moving environments.Experience in martech, adtech, social/engagement tech, or related B2B SaaS environments is beneficial.Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve product workflows and decision-making.Proven success operating in startup or scaling environments with lean structure and high accountability.
