We are looking for someone who has experience in - and understands the intricacies of - delivering high quality and innovative internet-scale consumer products, across multiple work streams.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn key growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, referral, monetization) and deliver measurable improvements.Design and run experiments across onboarding, in-product education, referrals, pricing, and personalization.Identify, design and prioritise and execute strategic and bold product enhancements to boost user growth exponentiallyCollaborate closely with marketing and performance teams on acquisition funnels, landing pages, and campaign optimization.Leverage data and user research to deeply understand customer behavior, friction points, and opportunities for growth.Prioritize ruthlessly and maintain a clear growth roadmap aligned with company objectives.Drive cross-functional execution—working with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver fast, high-quality iterations.Champion a test-and-learn culture and spread growth best practices across the organization.WHAT YOU WILL NEED3–6+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles (fintech or consumer tech strongly preferred).Proven track record of delivering measurable growth in user acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.Strong data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing funnels, running SQL queries, building dashboards, and interpreting results.Experience designing and shipping A/B tests and experiments.Ability to balance speed and rigor—you know when to move fast and when to invest in scalable systems.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Passion for crypto and web3Bonus points: Experience in crypto and/or founder experience and/or knowledge of fintech onboarding flowsCOMPENSATION & PERKSHybrid role based in our Paris office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per weekCompetitive full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading companyWork from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an exciting, emerging industryUnlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need itPerformance-based bonuses paid in cashApple equipment provided by the companyBlockchain is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
