Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of web and front-end products. You will collaborate with business clients to define requirements, develop product roadmaps, and work closely with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and ensure timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of our platform vision, mission, and business model.Define business and system requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.Lead feature creation from concept to delivery with clear acceptance criteria.Act as a subject matter expert in loyalty programs and platform ecosystems.Participate in daily stand-ups, resolve technical and functional issues, and support delivery.Take ownership and lead by example, demonstrating accountability and initiative.Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting when required.Must-Haves:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in web system development.Experience working in an Agile development environment.Strong understanding of KPI-driven product development.Proven ability to write requirement specifications and acceptance criteria.Solid understanding of web application architecture.Nice-to-Haves:Master’s or Ph.D. degree.Experience working with business clients to define scope and requirements.Programming and/or project management experience.Familiarity with release management and multi-project handling.Experience with B2C product development and loyalty/points systems.Experience working with cross-cultural global teams.
