In return, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment and are always excited to meet new talents who share our vision.Here's What You'll Be DoingProduct ManagementOwn the product backlog end-to-end: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and make prioritization decisions aligned with company OKRsBuild and maintain a clear product roadmap; communicate trade-offs and timelines to leadership and stakeholdersTranslate business needs from marketing, sales, and operations into structured PRDs and actionable requirements for the tech teamWork with designers and developers to ship features with quality — from discovery and wireframe review to acceptance testingTrack product KPIs post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedbackScrum / Project CoordinationFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesRemove impediments, protect the team's focus, and continuously improve sprint velocity and delivery predictabilityUse Jira or Asana to maintain transparent sprint boards and keep all stakeholders in syncCross-functional BridgeCollect and analyze requests from business owners, challenge assumptions, and ensure only high-value work enters the backlogIdentify process bottlenecks across departments and lead lightweight improvement initiativesDesired Skills and Experiences3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with demonstrated ownership of a product backlog and roadmapProven ability to write clear PRDs and user stories that dev teams can act on with minimal back-and-forthHands-on Scrum experience — you've run ceremonies, not just attended them; CSM or PSPO certification is a plusComfortable with Jira for sprint management; understands API concepts well enough to have informed conversations with backend engineersStrong stakeholder management: able to say no with data and align competing priorities across teamsComfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate day-to-day work — from drafting requirements and summarizing research to generating first-pass specsProactively explores how AI can improve product and team workflows; has experimented with or implemented AI-assisted processes in a professional settingExperience in e-commerce, marketplace, or a fast-moving scale-up environment is a strong plusAreas In Which You'll Continue to GrowProduct strategy and roadmap ownership in a scaling marketplace environmentData-informed product decision making — working with analytics to measure impactAgile process maturity: moving from running sprints to coaching a team on continuous improvementWhat We OfferA high-ownership role with direct impact in a dynamic teamExposure to the full product lifecycle in a fast-growing e-commerce platformLearning opportunities including trainings and access to e-learning platformsBeing part of a global and fast-growing scale-up
