Come and Join the mission!Product ManagerHutch is looking for a Product Manager to accelerate the growth of our flagship motorsports title - F1 Clash and help deliver our ambition to be the #1 mobile racing game.Join us as Product Manager, working on one of the biggest IPs in the world, to build, operate and improve amazing features, systems and events and grow this game to new heights.ResponsibilitiesAs Product Manager, you'll design, scope and implement features, improvements and events that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metricsBe entrepreneurial, getting hands on to test out new ideas, setting up experiments, events, offers, bundles and live operations to maximise the game's performanceYou'll use user and competitive research, along with performance data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the gamePartner with other parts of the organisation including Consumer Insights and Product Marketing to maximise the impact of your features and eventsUnderstand and forecast the performance of the game, live ops, and your features using dashboards and analysis, communicating this with the wider teamBe a player champion, paying close attention to the player experienceRequirementsA track record of Product Management working on free to play game(s)Hands on experience designing, building and maintaining features and events in gamesGood knowledge of the free to play games market and best practices from top performing games with understanding of why they are succeedingGood written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detailDrive - Strong drive to succeed and "get it done" attitudeScientific approach - using logical data-led hypothesis approach, with well structured thinking built on an understanding of the connection between a KPI and the changes needed to improve itAnalytical ability, with experience running and reading out on experiments, feature or live ops launches and investigating game performance issuesBonus PointsExperience working with gacha-led and/or midcore gamesExperience with dashboardings such as Amplitude or TableauExperience with CRM tools like Braze, Leanplum etcPassion for Cars or MotorsportsExperience with Racing GamesBenefitsLife at HutchOur HQ is in the heart of Shoreditch in central London.
