Job Summary ◆We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the global strategy and execution for our electronic connector products. This role requires strong market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams' across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. 電子コネクタ製品におけるグローバル戦略の立案と実行を担う、高いモチベーションを持つプロダクトマネージャーを募集します。 本ポジションは、市場洞察力、戦略立案力、そして技術・製造・営業・マーケティング部門を横断したリーダーシップが求められます。 Product Management job description:  ◆Take global ownership of assigned products as a product expert. 担当製品のエキスパートとして、グローバル責任を持つ。 ◆Analyze global and regional demand, market share, trends, and competitors. 世界および地域ごとの市場需要・シェア・動向・競合を分析する。  ◆Formulate and execute product strategy and roadmap for growth and profitability. 売上・利益の最大化に向けた製品戦略・ロードマップを策定・実行する。 ◆Lead cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Factory, Sales, Marcom) through regular SWOT analysis. 定期的なSWOT分析を通じて、技術・製造・営業・マーコムと連携した全体計画を主導する。 ◆Manage the entire product lifecycle from development and launch through end-of-life. 製品の開発・立ち上げから、終息までのライフサイクル全体をマネジメントする。  ◆Conduct profitability analysis and propose investment and sales plans. 採算分析を実施し、適切な投資・販売計画を提案する。  ◆Share valuable internal insights such as design wins, competitor updates, and application trends. 社内向けに有益な情報（デザインウィン、競合動向、アプリケーション事例など）を共有する。  ◆Create and maintain clear and up-to-date, product presentation materials. 製品プレゼン資料を分かりやすく、常に最新に保つ。  ◆Ensure public-facing product information (website, SharePoint, etc.) is always current and accurate. 顧客向けに公開される製品情報を常に最新状態に保つ（Web、SharePoint等）。  ◆Plan and execute NPI activities in a timely manner, collaborating with Sales and Marcom for global rollout and customer engagement. NPI計画をタイムリーに行い、営業・マーコムと連携してグローバルに展開、顧客対応を実施する。Qualifications: ◆Bachelor’s degree or higher.大卒以上の学歴を有すること◆Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills.分析力、戦略的思考力、プロジェクト推進力に優れること◆Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global setting.グローバルな環境での部門横断的なチームリード経験◆Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベルで使用できること◆Proficiency in MS Office and product presentation tools.MS Officeやプレゼンツールの操作スキル◆Experience in product management; background in electronics or connectors is preferred.製品マネージメントの経験。電子部品またはコネクタ分野での経験があればなお良い。
