The Segment "Marketing & Strategy" covers the several businesses in EMEA covering external customer of the sectors Automotive and Industry.Job DescriptionAs the product manager, you are enabling profitable and sustainable sales and growth by holistic steering todays and future portfolio of products and services.Development and implementation of the product strategy for your dedicated product groups (ContiTech BA Industrial Solutions EMEA)Product portfolio management under lifecycle and profitability aspects (launch, in-market-phase, end-of-Life, setting of strategic price points, create product training materials, product business performance)Driving the organization to implement the product portfolio and roadmap in the most profitable wayIdentifying and developing current and future value-selling opportunitiesManagement of Product Master Data for product information management (PIM), product hierarchy and input for marketing activities (e.g. catalogues, trainings)Identifying and analyzing specific markets, trends and evolving customer needsSupport the creation, decision-making and execution of business cases for new business opportunitiesDefinition of product requirements for customers, internal interfaces, and suppliersIn addition you will support the pricing teamPreparation of competition pricing analysis and monitor market pricing activitiesIdentify and initiate pricing/margin improvement opportunitiesFor more information about our portfoli please visit Brandsite - PHOENIX Air Springs.QualificationsAcademic degree in Economics, Economical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or similar fieldSeveral years of professional experience in a B2B environment in at least one of the following functional areas: Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Development/Application Engineering or Project ManagementExperienced in industrial products, especially in the rubber areaAnalytic, complex Project management capabilities, moderation and presentation techniques.
