The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and hands-on product management experience.You will translate business objectives into clear product strategies, drive cross-functional execution, and continuously optimize product performance through actionable data insights.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals.Translate strategic objectives into structured PRDs, user stories, and execution plans.Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs (conversion, retention, GMV, margin, etc.).Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.Analyze user funnels, behavioral metrics, and performance dashboards.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams.Manage sprint planning, backlog, and release cycles with discipline.Conduct post-launch analysis and continuously improve product features.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in Product Management; experience in startups or high-growth companies preferred.Technical Skills: Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, Jira, Figma; ability to interpret SQL-based dashboards.Other Attributes: Customer-obsessed, data-driven, excellent communicator, and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Other BenefitsYearly salary review2 festival bonuses per yearGroup insuranceMedical benefitsWeekly holidays: Friday & Saturday Probation Period: 6 months Salary Range: 60,000 – 90,000 BDT
