Inpart's team is diverse and international, bringing together more than 120 employees from more than 35 nations driven by core values of diversity, commitment, delivery, and care.About the RoleThe Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing solutions for biopharma partnering teams on our Deal product, with a dedicated development squad and Product Designer. This involves conducting necessary discovery work, managing client and prospect communication, and working with a talented technical team. We are interested in applicants that have experience in SaaS product development, strong knowledge in data analytics and AI, preferably with some knowledge of the Life Sciences industry.Responsibilities Customer and Market Understanding· Develop a deep understanding of our customers, buyers, and end-users - their needs, objectives, and challenges and ensure their voice is represented throughout the product lifecycle.· Identify and prioritize customer problems through direct research and cross-functional collaboration.· Collect and synthesize insights from customers, prospects, and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success) to inform product decisions.Product Strategy and Development· Collaborate with Product Design and Technology teams to define, design, and deliver impactful solutions that meet customer and business needs.· Participate in validating product evolutions and contribute to their documentation.· Help identify high-value use cases and drive initiatives that expand market reach and grow the user base.Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication· Share and discuss customer insights across teams to ensure alignment and a coherent product experience.· Support Sales and Customer Success teams as a product expert, helping them in revenue generation and customer retention efforts.· Work closely with client-facing teams to gather necessary data for making informed, data-driven product decisions.Go-to-Market and Growth· Own the Go-to-Market strategy for product features in partnership with Product Marketing.· Promote the Product internally and externally through company-wide presentations and client webinars.· Support initiatives that increase product adoption, enhance user engagement, and drive overall business growth. Qualifications· Master’s degree in business or life sciences domain· 5+ years of experience solving problems for and with clients as a Product Manager, Customer Success Manager, Solution Engineer, or Consultant within SaaS or data-driven B2B platforms· Proven track record of launching or scaling data analytics, business intelligence, or AI-powered products· You can methodically frame ambiguous and complex problems, from questioning stakeholders to synthesizing your findings. · You are a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative· You are skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams · You can set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment· You have excellent written and verbal English communication skillsEqual Opportunity StatementAs part of our equal opportunities policy, we strongly encourage all qualified individuals to apply for the advertised position, regardless of origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability or any other legally protected status.
