We provide surgeons with needed tools & devices to achieve highest results in the most efficient hassle-free process.Job Description:As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the development, execution, and management of product strategies for our advanced surgical equipment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to lead product development, ensure effective positioning, and contribute to the overall market success of our laparoscopic and endoscopic devices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and launch plans for advanced surgical equipment, including laparoscopic and endoscopic devices.Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, to ensure product alignment with company goals and objectives.Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support product positioning, strategy, and differentiation within the specialized fields of surgery.Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for surgical devices.Monitor and report on product performance, gathering insights from sales trends, customer feedback, and market reception to drive product improvements.Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution of timelines, logistics, communication, and alignment across teams.Gather, analyze, and organize data for product performance reporting, with a focus on improving surgical efficiency, patient outcomes, and market adoption.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting surgical equipment development and innovation.Support the continuous improvement of the product lifecycle from concept through to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
