Job Description

So… who is Residence Supply? We’re the fastest-growing design-driven lighting & hardware brand in the U.S. In two years, we blew past 8 figures, handcrafted hundreds of SKUs, and built a cult following among people who obsess over craftsmanship, texture, and form. Our products live in Architectural Digest-worthy homes. Now we’re hunting for a Product Manager who lives and breathes design culture — someone who can see where interior design is headed and build products that belong there. The RoleThis is part design curation, part data-driven product strategy. You’ll find the next hit product before it trends, source it from the right factory, and launch it like a creative director with operational precision. You’re not just managing products — you’re shaping the aesthetic direction of a brand that defines how homes feel.Key ResponsibilitiesTrend Discovery & Product VisionMonitor global design culture: from Pinterest boards and Milan Design Week to boutique hotels and architectural studios.Build internal trend reports that forecast emerging materials, silhouettes, and finishes.Identify hero products that fit Residence Supply’s “modern heritage” aesthetic.Sourcing & DevelopmentSource and negotiate with suppliers across China, Turkey, India, and Mexico.Manage samples, QC feedback, packaging, and production timelines.Ensure materials, finishes, and craftsmanship meet RS standards.Launch & CoordinationCreate and organize product data for Shopify (titles, specs, dimensions, pricing, and tags).Coordinate with our marketing, creative, and content teams for launch materials — photoshoots, video, ads, and product storytelling.Track launch performance metrics and identify next-round improvements. You’re Perfect For This If You:Are deeply obsessed with interior design and cultural trends (you probably have 200+ saved boards on Pinterest).Have experience in product management, merchandising, or creative operations within furniture, lighting, or home décor.Understand what “quiet luxury” means — and can translate it into a product lineup.Have a sharp eye for texture, proportion, and material harmony.Know how to communicate with international suppliers and manage logistics. Are fluent in English and love working cross-functionally with creatives and marketers. Why You’ll Love It HereYou’ll join a founder-led brand that actually cares about design integrity — not mass production.
