We promise to walk alongside healthcare professionals to continue to make great contribution to society, now and into the future.Summary of the RoleHe or She will be responsible for marketing activity for Indonesia Medical Device Market.As we had a clinical and sales team, it will give more support for marketing and promotion all activities relating to researching, designing and marketing products.Their duties include completing market research to find out more about competitor products or customer needs, overseeing a team of product professionals and department budgets and coordinating with the sales and clinical department to identify potential product defects or customer suggestions.Key Functions / Responsibilities1., Achieved overall Revenue target - Sales to Distributor and to Market- Sales Strategy and implementation- Promotion and branding strategy- Evaluation for product performance and development- Market segmentation related to product specification (Channel)2., Demand Forecast Accuracy- Make planning forecast related to sales strategy- Tracking stock and demand in PTTI- Tracking stock and demand in distributor HO and branch- Monitoring stock and sales campaign in retail (LCS)- Communication with SCM internal and external3., Financial Forecast Accuracy- Pricing and sales strategy- Make planning forecast related to promotion budget- tracking promotion budget effective and efficiently- GP achievement within budget4., Promotional and Marketing tools- Prepare and monitoring for promotion and marketing activity- Optimizing Media for promotional item ( brochure etc )5., Market Intelligence and Analysis- Communication with Distributor for market situation- Retail market (MT&TT) situation and condition (LCS)- Product localization and government regulation6., Compliance based decision for marketing activity- Diversity, Equity and inclusionFunctional / Technical Skills3-5 years of industry experience in marketing with bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics1 year experience in marketing with master’s degreeExperience working with product launching will be beneficiaryNote to External Recruitment Agencies:Terumo does not recognize candidate submissions from any recruitment agencies and will not be responsible for payment of any recruitment fees due to the hiring of candidates whose resumes were submitted to Terumo employees or offices without the recruiting team's acknowledgement.
