We are seeking an experienced Hardware Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our cleaning robots. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing site requirements and stakeholder needs to translate them into product requirements for the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sectors such as supermarkets, retail stores, hospitality, restaurants, and facility management.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse site requirements for cleaning robots and identify opportunities for product development and improvementAnalyse the pain points of stakeholders such as site cleaners, cleaning supervisors, and operations managers to ensure that product requirements meet their needsTranslate customer feedback into product requirements for the engineering teamWork with the engineering team to prioritise features and plan product roadmapCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product development and launchWork with supply chain and production to ensure smooth roll out of new product enhancementsEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout entire product lifecycleWork with customers to successfully deploy robots at their sites and provide ongoing support and training as neededConduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.Monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvements as neededWork with customers to successfully deploy robots at their sitesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, design engineer or a related field.Experience in defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a technology companyExperience in creating a detailed go-to-market process and managing timelines to achieve product and business goalsOperations experience in rolling out hardware products is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills both with end customers/users and also internal engineering teamsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Familiarity with agile development methodologiesAbility to come up with low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideasExperience with robotics or other hardware products preferredCertifications such as CPM and CSPO would be a bonusMust be able to speak Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese counterpartsIf you have a passion for product development, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and have experience in the sectors we serve, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
