We're led by three founders with deep expertise in finance, technology and sustainability across four continents, and who have all learned (usually the hard way!) how to make genuine impacts in complex, process-heavy industries.The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Manager who can bridge the gap between customer needs, commercial opportunity, and technical delivery. You’ll be the connective tissue between sales, customer success, and engineering — shaping what we build, tackling the challenges that come with it, and seeing features through to delivery.This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend your time with customers and partners, digging into data, unpacking complex standards and requirements, and turning those insights into clear, actionable plans. You’ll work closely with engineers and designers to bring features to life — staying commercially minded, pragmatic about trade-offs, and motivated by solving difficult problems that have real impact.What You’ll Be DoingDrive product features from discovery and definition through to delivery and iteration.Turning customer needs, commercial goals, and technical requirements into a clear backlog of stories and priorities.Working closely with engineering and design to ship features that are valuable, usable, and technically sound.Understanding complex standards and requirements and designing simple ways for users to get their jobs done.Running ongoing research with customers, users and partners to uncover needs and opportunities.Balancing commercial impact with technical feasibility to make smart, pragmatic prioritisation calls.Using data and feedback to measure success and shape future iterations.Contributing to product strategy and helping connect the dots across teams.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in product roles, ideally SaaS or platform-based.Strong understanding of both customer-facing product development and the technical backbone (APIs, integrations, data flows).Commercially minded — you can weigh business value against complexity and effort.Pragmatic and delivery-focused — you care about solving problems and getting real features into customers’ hands.Curious and analytical — you look at data and feedback to guide decisions.Comfortable in the messiness of an early-stage startup and motivated by big, difficult challenges.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience in climate, enterprise SaaS, or fintech.Worked in early-stage or scale-up and large complex corporate environments.Familiarity with complex B2B or subscription models.Why Join UsCompetitive pay and meaningful equity — we want you to share in our success.A chance to shape something early and have a real impact on climate and resilience.The backing of major financial institutions with the freedom and pace of a small, motivated team.
