About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of user-centered product design. The ideal candidate has experience working in large organizations, is skilled at building data-driven products, and can bridge the gap between business, technology, and user experience. This role will focus on developing and scaling products that incorporate analytics, tracking, and healthcare-related functionality, particularly in areas such as prescriptions and medical data.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmapping: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.Technical Understanding: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery.Data & Analytics: Define tracking and analytics requirements; ensure products are measurable and performance-driven through KPIs and dashboards.UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with designers to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences across platforms.Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across departments to align product goals with company strategy and ensure smooth execution.Healthcare & Medical Context: Leverage familiarity with medical terminology, prescriptions, and healthcare workflows to build compliant, user-friendly solutions.Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.Experience:4+ years of product management experience, ideally at a large tech company.Proven track record of launching and managing products with strong analytics and tracking foundations.Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to build scalable, user-friendly products.Skills:Strong technical literacy — able to understand APIs, data flows, and architecture at a conceptual level.Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and how to apply them to product design.Familiarity with medical terminology, prescription workflows, and/or healthcare concepts. Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveExperience working with healthcare or pharmacy systems.Exposure to data visualization or analytics platforms.Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
