Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, your responsibilities will include:Your tasksOwning the P&L for your product lines and driving global growthConducting market and customer research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans.Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and attending international conferences.Preparing business cases for new product development and reporting performance to the executive team.Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Development and Marketing Communications.Contributing to thought leadership and representing the company in industry discussions.Your EducationA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).4+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, or Consulting in the Life Sciences sector.Familiarity with Biopharma/biotech manufacturing or single-use technologies is a strong plus.Fluency in English is required, additional languages like German are a plus.Willingness to travel up to 35%.Entrepreneurial mindset: You take initiative and own your results.Team player: You collaborate effectively across functions and levels.Strategic thinker: You see the big picture and translate insights into action.Effective communicator: You present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.Scientifically credible: You understand biopharma processes and can engage with technical audiences.Analytical: You’re comfortable with data, Excel, and financial modeling.ARE YOU INTERESTED?Send us your resume by email to: jobs@susupport.com.
