As a Digital Transformation Specialist (m/f/d), you will actively support BRP-Rotax’s strategy and growth initiatives by driving the planning and implementation of innovative digital solutions. You will also contribute to guiding our company’s digital transformation—building essential capabilities to stay competitive internationally and laying the foundation for new, future-oriented business models.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan and design new and existing digital solutions across the organization (e.g., Salesforce, mobile apps, service & diagnostic tools, SAP)Coordinate and enhance systems and interfaces required for marketing automation strategiesEnsure continuous and reliable operation of existing digital systemsSupport the implementation and adaptation of the digital product portfolio, including all related interfacesCoordinate digital projects within the ROTAX Propulsion Systems (RPS) divisionDefine project requirements and oversee all phases—from concept to quality assurance—in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersActively manage project scope, resources, timelines, and risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholdersImplement specific project components and coordinate interfaces between internal and external systemsDocument, roll out, and communicate system or process changes across relevant departments (Change Management)Your Experience And SkillsCollege for Business Administration (HAK) or university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Administration, or related fieldExperience in project management with a focus on digital projects and tools (projects completed during education are also relevant)Basic knowledge in database systems, data management, and data analysisUnderstanding of system architecture and interface structuresStrong communication and coordination skills, combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindsetFluent in English and German, both written and spokenWe offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53.241,02 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
