As a part of our Product team, you will be responsible for creating an excellent experience for our users in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoUnderstand and analyze user requirements, and design solutions in close collaboration with the engineering team,Take ownership of product features and contribute to both design and software development processes,Shape how users navigate and find what they need by creating content and designing intuitive user flows and layouts,Develop a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, market trends, competition, and user needs,Manage multiple stakeholders and oversee the complete product development lifecycle,Analyze user data to generate insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers,Who You AreBachelor’s or Master’s degree,2–4 years of product management experience, including involvement in the development of a digital product or service,Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude,Excellent product intuition and strong user empathy,Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions,Passionate about new technologies and innovative ideas,Comfortable taking ownership throughout the product development process,Able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner,Familiarity with software development, mobile app development, and design concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Experience with employee benefit products is a strong plus,
