As our first PM, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the product, building the roadmap, and driving execution. Shape the ProductOwn the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the founders.Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and data to identify and prioritize the most impactful problems to solve.Define and refine the product roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.2. Ship the ProductDrive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.Ensure smooth execution by removing blockers, managing trade-offs, and making tough calls when needed.3. Synchronize the PeopleAlign all stakeholders (founders, engineering, design, marketing, etc.) around a shared vision, strategy, and goals.Communicate priorities, progress, and decisions clearly and effectively across the team.Build processes and systems to ensure clarity, focus, and efficiency as the team scales.4.
