If this sounds like the right fit for you, we can’t wait to see your application!What You'll Own• Strategy → shipping: Set a focused multi‑quarter direction and turn it into an ordered roadmap with regular, shippable increments.• Data flow, end‑to‑end: Guide the journey from raw inputs → cleaned/organized data → cross‑platform insights → clear actions in the product.• Platform API utilization: Plan and specify how we connect to and use platform APIs (limits, sync cadence, error handling, retries).• Data source exploration: Identify new useful inputs, define what “good” looks like, and describe how they fit our models and screens.• Analysis & decisions: Describe how signals turn into insights (pacing, anomalies, forecasts, recommendations) and how those insights are explained to users.• Workflow mindset: Break complex problems into smaller steps and flows that run reliably, can be observed, tested, and improved.• UI orchestration: Keep the experience simple and fast—clear states, helpful defaults, plain‑English explanations, and safe paths to action.• PRDs engineers love: Problem statement, user stories, acceptance criteria, data notes, edge cases, and a basic telemetry checklist.Experience We Welcome Pick one (or blend):• Product Management for data/analytics/marketing platforms where you shipped data‑heavy features, OR• Data‑oriented Digital Marketing/Growth where you owned decision tools/workflows and delivered with engineers.MUST‑HAVES• High‑tech, analytical mindset and genuine interest in marketing data.• Comfort reading tables and writing simple queries to validate assumptions.• Clear writing and structured thinking; you turn fuzzy problems into precise specs.• Practical understanding of working with platform APIs (limits, pagination, retries, monitoring).• A habit of measuring what ships and iterating based on evidence.• Fluency in English (written and verbal).NICE‑TO‑HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)• Exposure to agentic ecosystems, deep learning (enough to describe inputs/outputs and how to check quality).• Ability to express logic in plain language or simple pseudo‑code to align with engineering.Key Platforms You'll Touch These are **key** surfaces; familiarity across **all major measurement and digital marketing platforms** is important:• Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads• Analytics & Measurement: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular• Commerce: Shopify (plus other common e‑commerce sources)• Data: BigQuery, Python (as a central store/processing surface)WHAT YOU’LL SHIP (EXAMPLES)• A PRD for an “insight → action” flow: inputs, high‑level logic, alerting conditions, UI states, success criteria.• A plan for adding a new data source: how it connects, what it contributes, how we validate it, and what users will see change.• A small UX improvement that reduces time‑to‑insight.• A simple runbook for handling API limits and partial re‑syncs.
