Company DescriptionAt OSDental, a fast-growing U.S.-based dental software company with operations in Ecuador-Guayaquil we are looking for a high-performance Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment between our Ecuador and U.S. teams.This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and communicates fluently in English.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, execution, delivery, and iterationTranslate business goals into clear product strategies and actionable plansWork directly with U.S.-based leadership and cross-functional teamsLead sprint planning and prioritize backlogs (Agile/Scrum methodologies)Coordinate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and OperationsDefine KPIs and track performance metricsConduct market research and competitive analysisDrive product-market fit and user experience improvementsEnsure on-time, high-quality product releases✅ Requirements100% Fluent English (spoken & written) – MandatoryProven experience as a Product Manager (3+ years preferred)Strong knowledge of Agile frameworksExperience working with U.S. teams or international companiesStrategic mindset with strong execution capabilitiesData-driven decision makerExceptional communication and leadership skillsHigh ownership mentality and accountabilityPositive attitude and growth mindset🌟 What We’re Looking ForWe want a leader, not a task manager.
