Job DescriptionRelentlessly drive for continual product improvements and deliver results that exceed quality expectations. Work closely with user experience and engineering teams to refine, test and build experiences. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Planning: Define and execute the product strategy, aligning with overall business goals. Facilitate and manage the product lifecycle and continuously iterate to improve the product and be responsible for turning that complexity into a simple user experience.Drive the execution of the product lifecycle processes including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements gathering and product launch.Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and contribute to the pre-sales process.Create compelling product presentations and collateral to support sales effortsProduct Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to bring products from concept to production.Create Epics and Stories into features, defined within the backlog platform (JIRA/Azure Board) and prioritization of these for the roadmap.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.Partner with stakeholders, delivery teams, customer experience product teams, development teams, and support teams to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive products and solutions.Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any product-related issues.Performance Monitoring: Analyse product performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps including, but not limited to, product content, competitiveness, pricing, marketing and sales enablement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience in product management within the IT services industry.Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate them into product opportunities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.Demonstrated success in driving product initiatives from concept to delivery.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
