Job Title: Product Manager (Technology & Feature Engineering)Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site)Experience Required: Minimum 2 yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Product Owner with strong analytical and technical skills to bridge the gap between business, domain experts, and the development team. This role necessitates an individual capable of leading feature engineering, defining product requirements, and designing experiences for a significant digital platform aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.This position requires someone who can think systematically, combining user-centred design principles, theoretical reasoning, and practical implementation planning.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with domain experts and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, structured product features.Define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide the engineering team.Participate actively in feature engineering, ensuring all proposed solutions are theoretically sound, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals.Develop wireframes, process flows, and mockups to communicate product ideas and expected user interactions (or guide the UI/UX team to do so).Prioritize backlog features and manage product sprints with the tech teamPartner with developers to clarify requirements and ensure successful feature delivery.Analyze product usage metrics and feedback to refine and optimize product performance and experience.Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform feature innovation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Feature Engineer in a software or digital product environment.Strong understanding of software development processes, REST APIs, cloud systems, and system integrations.Experience working closely with UI/UX, backend, and data teams to deliver user-centric products.Skilled in creating product specifications, documentation, and process mapping.Solid grasp of Agile frameworks and tools like Plane, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.Preferred SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Exposure to data-driven feature design, analytics, or AI-assisted applications.Familiarity with human-focused technologiesCandidates with strong experience in B2B Enterprise Software would be preferredCandidates with experience with HRTech, Complex Business, and Data Driven workflow would be preferredCandidates with experience in iterative and incremental development in a dynamic environment would be preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills are highly preferred.What We OfferA collaborative, fast-paced environment where theory meets technology.The opportunity to design and develop products that create a measurable impact on human lives.A competitive salary along with opportunities for professional growth.Work directly with technical and domain experts in an innovation-driven setting.
