Joining this group means becoming part of a collaborative, high-performing culture that values innovation, transparency, and results in equal measure.About the RoleThis role will work closely with senior leadership, including the SVP, Product and other executives, to help shape products that improve outcomes for members, enhance provider experiences, and deliver measurable value to payers. It is a hands-on, high-impact position that blends strategic thinking with disciplined execution. Success will require curiosity, creativity, and collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams to take ideas from concept to market.Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Innovation: Identify and assess new product opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.Partner closely with the SVP, Product and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that advance Health Network One’s specialty care portfolio, including Total Eye, Sleep Well, Pure Derm, and Thrive Therapy.Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Lead cross-functional product development efforts to design, implement, and manage new products and enhancements.Oversee product design, business case development, pricing analysis, and product-market fit validation.Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, workflows, and implementation plans in collaboration with clinical, operations, network, quality, claims, BI/MedEcon, legal/compliance, and technology teams.Market and Financial Insight: Synthesize payer, provider, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and anticipate market shifts.Partner with finance and underwriting to model pricing scenarios and support financial sustainability and value creation for payers and providers.Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement tools.Participate in business development discussions to represent product vision and value.Ensure alignment between product positioning and client needs across commercial channels.Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Develop and manage product performance metrics, tracking adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.Use data and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement, ensuring each product delivers measurable results and supports organizational growth goals.Operational and Strategic Partnership: Manage relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and performance.Contribute to the evaluation and evolution of the company’s overall product portfolio and roadmap.Build scalable processes, tools, and best practices to strengthen.
