The role requires a candidate with 7+ years of experience in both mortgage banking (specifically sales enablement and pre-approval processes) and product management within an Agile framework. The core responsibility is defining the product vision and roadmap for digital platforms that support Loan Originators and digital acquisition channels, requiring mandatory experience with CRM systems like Microsoft D365.Compensation, Benefits, and Role InfoCompetitive pay rate at $156,300 to $190,000 annually with a 20% bonus.
