Define Product Vision & StrategyDevelop long-term system vision and roadmap aligned with goals and user needs.2. Gather & Prioritize RequirementsWork with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to collect and prioritize system requirements.Conduct user research and requirement analysis to shape the product roadmap.3. Translate Needs into FeaturesConvert business requirements into clear product features and specifications for development teams.4. Oversee Full Product LifecycleManage product from concept to development, launch, and continuous enhancement.Execute full project management duties: planning, scoping, design, implementation, monitoring.Make daily decisions regarding user functionality, workflows, and business rules.5. Coordinate Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with technical and support teams to ensure successful product delivery.Assist teams moving from Waterfall to Agile practices.Prepare customer training and communication materials.Interface with customers, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.6. Monitor Performance & FeedbackTrack performance metrics, collect user feedback, and iterate to improve system functionality and user satisfaction.7. Ensure Compliance & Risk ManagementMaintain compliance with regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.Required Skills & ExperienceIT project leadership in systems development/implementationStrong project management, communication, and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePMP CertificationSAP Certification
